Information we collect

Investor enquiries include your name, work email, organization, investor profile and any message you provide. Design questions may include your question, name and email. Legal and privacy requests include your name, email, request type and details. Administrative sign-in data is processed for authorized team access.

Why we use it

We use investor details to assess and respond to expressions of strategic interest. We use design questions to respond and, where suitable, publish the question and our answer. We use legal-request details to verify and fulfill your request. These uses rely on our legitimate interests in managing genuine enquiries and taking pre-contractual steps you request. Where publication is involved, we rely on the notice presented when you submit.

Publication

A submitted design question may be edited for clarity and published with our answer. Your name and email are not published with it. Investor enquiries and legal requests are never made public.

Retention

Investor enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 24 months. Design questions and their contact details are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Legal requests are normally retained for up to 12 months after submission, unless a longer period is needed to establish compliance or address a dispute. Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed.

Who can receive it

Access is limited to authorized Volabo administrators and service providers needed to host the site, store submissions, authenticate administrators and deliver private notifications. They process information under appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected through an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

Security

We use access controls, private administrator sign-in and database restrictions designed to keep submissions private. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Cookies and measurement

The public Volabo pages currently use no advertising cookies and no audience analytics. A strictly necessary sign-in session may be used for the private team area. If measurement or advertising tools are introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.

Changes

We may update this notice as Volabo develops. The date above identifies the current version.
